Law Enforcement organizations calls for a criminal investigation into the negotiations for luxury suites at the new Yankee Stadium between New York Yankee team executives and Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s governmental aides

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care co-founder Marquez Claxton states, “It is unlawful to leverage power and authority as a City representative for personal gain. We expect that our City officials will not engage in mobster like behavior but when they do they must be prosecuted. In addition, any business that offers or delivers personal ‘incentives’ to City officials should be criminally charged as well. The respective District Attorney’s Offices and the New York State Attorney General should conduct immediate investigations into the details of any and all terms of official and unofficial negotiations by both the City and the New York Yankees. In addition, Mayor Bloomberg should publicly release specific details and communications regarding any negotiations for City amenities at both Yankee Stadium and Citi-Field Stadium”
